I am not able to access my third retainer. I check mog station and everything is fine. Retainer Vocate says i can hire up to 3 retainers but when I try accessing my 3rd retainer get the message "You cannot summon that retainer unless u resume payment for their services", also shows contract suspended when I click on summoning bell.
