    Trying to register my credit card

    I go to the Square Enix Account Manager. I click to setup my renewal subscription then it comes time to put in the credit card information. I choose the type of card to use. Then, it brings up the screen to enter the information about my credit card(name on credit card/credit card number) but the box where you would put your information never loads and a message pops up saying "the operation timed out". I tried restarting my modem/router/computer. Still having the same issue, please help.
