Ok first i'm not the one who got that problem but my brother ...second sorry for my english doing my best

Ok my brother got his pc broken long ago so he didnt play for long and one day when we came to my mom house to visit he played (on his account) on my little brother small laptop(wife connection) and he got 90000 error on the loading screen on his shiva server (main character) but when he went on hyperion(second main , my server) on the same pc he was in easely and was able to do a dungeon for test then he try again shiva and he get again 90000 error on the loading screen.

Then went he went back to our city i live over his apartment so he came to my pc (strong pc with a strong internet connection wired) he try (on his account) and he get 90000 error on shiva again on the loading screen but can go on hyperion (on his account)all time and do dungeon with no error.

Then we let it go and see if its server error (full people maybe) .. then i got vacation and let him my key so he can go play on my pc on his account while im gone but he get 90000 error all time (on the loading screen) and contact support and they said its the modem or firewall , or provider ... but we try with different pc and different internet company since my mom don't have the same one.

and then today we try again(on his account) and he got the same error 90000 error (on loading screen).. so he log off his account and i log on my account and create an character on shiva and guess what NO 90000 at all im in and i play

is there any who have the same problem ????
