Looking for FC leaders who care, for Alliance

Hello, hello. I am Promyvion Vahzl of Cosmic Wheel <<Astra>>. SE has discussed in the past about the addition of an FC Alliance feature, though it seems to continually be delayed. However, we've decided that we wanted to go ahead and find potential free companies with similar morals and playstyles, so we are looking for FC leaders who care about the integrity of their members. A little bit about us:

-Helpful. We're in this together.
-Typically pretty quiet, but we like to poke harmless fun at each other.
-No tolerance for trolls or rudeness. I have no problem removing people from my FC or parties. We have plenty of people in their 30s who are married with children, and I don't think any of them are looking to play FFXIV to babysit.
-Competent players. Our new recruits are on a trial period and we make sure they are "good enough" at the game. Being able to pay attention and deal with mechanics while knowing how to play your class is important. We are not elitist... We're not THAT good.
-We don't put up with people who get angry and are easily frustrated by losing to content.
-Most of all, we're here to enjoy ourselves and have a good time. That's the point! We try to become friends with one another, instead of a free company full of strangers who never do anything with each other.
-Incase you care, our PVP GC is Maelstrom.

Been there, done that. Good luck with this though I spent a looonnnggggg time setting up an FC alliance. Had linkshells before there was a duty finder to help people put togetehr groups, a website you could go to research and check out different FC's and a linkshell just for FC leaders. In my experience unless there is "something in it" for a FC leader they have a tendency to not want anything to do with it and they freak out thinking your going to steal their members. I still have one good Linkshell up just for FC leaders. Most of us are old time leaders though that have been around since the beginning. It does need cleaned up though. Unfortunately this idea is made obsolete by the DF, the PF, independent link shells, pug pools, flat out merging, etc. There is simply no benefit to pooling your only unique resource (that is, players). If the idea is to have multiple FC's work together, then the only reason not to merge is because the FC leaders like being FC leaders.

Bump; so far 3 free companies are part of this alliance and 1 is pending on the fence.
