We are seeking a SCOB static that has the right attitude towards raiding. Our previous static had attendance issues and people who no-showed without even giving a heads up, so we're looking to avoid that.

Currently, we're not looking to jump FCs, but I wouldn't say it's out of the question.
We're NOT interested in transferring servers, as we've got a lot of people on Gilgamesh we don't want to leave behind.

Both of us have experience raiding at a serious level, however, we've been enjoying a more relaxed approach to FFXIV so far, and wouldn't mind a group that raids ~2 nights a week for only a few hours, and simply clears 2nd coil (not savage).

Hopefully, we'd like to find a static that is willing to help us progress through and kill T9, and be able to farm this without much hassle on a weekly basis.

Mistakes, and rough-nights are understandable, but we're not looking for a static that constantly suffers through the same issues on a weekly basis.

Is a quick learner and would get the hang of T8 with a night or two of practice
Has a great attitude towards raiding, including progression
