Any chance of implementing a source for Waterproof Cotton?

It's getting a little odd that there's no other way to obtain this material than by desynthesizing a glamour swimsuit. I want to say there's another way to obtain, but if a swimsuit is selling for over 1.4m and then the bottom is like....1.2 mil....something is way wrong on how to obtain the items for a swimsuit.

Leopard print or not, nothing glamour-wise should be worth over 2 mil.

Crafters hate me all you want, I'm a weaver myself with plenty of experience. I'm trying to craft my own, but I don't want to risk my Sea Breeze Halter on something that is insanely rare and then pour all sorts of money into a swimsuit on the markets on Balmung. It's just not right for glamour to be THAT EXPENSIVE.

I'm curious why these fish keep eating leopard print swimsuits. Also, why can my gatherer retainers bring back things that I can't find and I'm better geared than they are?

My understanding is that certain fish can be desynthed directly into this cloth. Information is kinda sketchy and I'm not yet to the point of being able to catch and desynth everything CUL yet.

I suspect you're going to get mixed reviews on your secondary premise. It's worth what people are willing to pay and people are willing to pay a lot for a vanity item (pets/glamour/etc). I may know that paving stones are stupidly cheap to make, but if someone is willing to drop 30k for them then I'm selling them for 30k.

They are not selling the swimsuit for that much, you are buying a chance to get water proof cotton.

This comes back to the premise of your thread.

It's one material that can only be gained by either desynthesizing fish until you have an absurd desynth score and then either catch or buy an stupidly expensive additional fish (which has a crazy catch condition) and pray to RNG gods that either a cloth drops, or a fishing suit drops that you can then, assuming you've desynthesized stacks of clothing, desynth into the cloth you want (preferably after placing an offering of cigarettes and bourbon on a Naoki Yoshida shrine).

And then do it again because you need two.

Yeah 950k is perfectly acceptable,
