The reason Atma should get nerfed is because its SO EASY now to get something almost as good. Getting a UAT is a joke, and 1300 Soldiery is not that difficult to amass, as most people have all the sol gear they want for their main jobs (I have my tanks and my monk fully Sol geared aside from the few pieces of HA I have, screw coil RNG but that's another story).
Relic is not supposed to be as accessible as other gear. That's the whole reason why that other gear exists in the first place. If relic was fast and easy there would be no need to even make any new weapons other than for vanity purposes.
