Most of the people I know that have problems getting them go out there and expect to get a drop in 20 - 30mins and give up when they don't get it. It was very rare for me to get one in this time frame, usually it would be between 3 - 5 hours for one with some going on well over 10 hours to get. It all averaged out though with the few I got in a couple of fates, but to be honest this was the easiest part of the zenith - nexus upgrade process. The 3 animus took about a month of farming each, the two novus took about a month and half each, and nexus is looking to be about 3 - 4 weeks of farming each (only about half way done with my first nexus).
