I also had quite a few times I rolled on items for galmour even though i wore much high lvl one. But then someone asked for it, in order to use, i'd be more than happy to pass my otherwise rolled item.

This happens to me fairly often, too.

I really don't see any downside to this request.

Well... except that the first iteration for gamepad users would probably make it too easy to accidentally switch to pass after you'd rolled (they tend to make poor choices for the default "confirm" action and/or not consider different controller settings like toggle/mixed/hold for hotbar activation). So, y'know, they'd have to not be stupid about that to begin with and/or hotfix the stupid quickly.
