I would like to address the issue of (High) Allagan Accessory colors. These are the topics I would like to touch on/discuss.

Topic 1: Sharing Colors
One of the biggest annoyances, I feel, there is with (High) Allagan accessories is the shared colors. To clarify, I am not talking about 2 jobs sharing the same color. I am speaking of two different sets sharing the same color.
I.E. Slaying/Fending = YELLOW || Healing/Aiming = Blue
What reason is there to do this? Was it from laziness to save development time? Would it have been that much more difficult, or time consuming, to give them different colors?
Topic 2: Attribute Colors
When you compare the (High) Allagan to other jewelry you will quickly notice one important thing. It does not follow the precedence of other crafted jewelry. This precedence is that the color of the accessory reflects the main stat.
I.E. STR = Red / PIE = Green / VIT = Yellow
While this is not an issue I want to find out why this is not the case? Is there a specific reason? Why can they not be the same way?
Topic 3: Gear Set Colors
Consider this; the colors do not match the attribute precedence so you would think they would match with the gear set right? WRONG! The colors of the accessories for classes do not even come close to the color given to the armor pieces the jobs wear.
I.E. Aiming set = RED vs Aiming Accessory = Blue
Why did the accessory color get chosen to blue instead of red or one of the secondary colors for the gear set?
Topic 4: My stance
I can understand the Dev team wanting to save time, thus it does make sense for them to group together colors. However I think it is being done, dare I say, incorrectly. The design team needs to make the accessories look different enough from each other where someone can take a glance at your character or item icon and know, “that’s the healing earring”. Having to double check is thoroughly annoying, even more so when you multiple sets in your inventory.
I would prefer the team to utilize their precedence and base it off attribute color. Sure it may not match the gear set you get from coil, but at least you will know “STR is red!” Also it will be nice if you collect another set for vanity that you have a variety of colors to choose from. If they don’t want this, then they should make the color of the earring match the gear set color from coil.
Topic 5: Dev. Team’s Thoughts
If I get a response I will post it here. I really want to know their stance/reasoning is on this. This is pretty much a similar argument to the whole dye situation/saturation that occurred earlier this year.
(Ideally this would be for all future content with glowing accessories)
