Is company action pointed Glitch'd

For about a month I've notice my action points for my FC have been decreasing rapidly, what I don't understand, there not going up when I try to run things the the same way when i have a smaller FC. One would thing, Nexus grinding would help, running dungeons with my FC mates helps very little as well. I tired all sorts of ways to increase it, even build up my WAR, BSM, and atma fate grind.

Are there more people with this problem. I mean We have a lot of people off line these day but we still have 5-15 on daily.I monitored actions buying regular and no one is wasting actions.

Not a glitch. The more people online, the less points different actions give. Say for example turning in an i80 piece of gear for expert provisioning, with one person online it gives a base of 100 points (guess, probably not accurate). With 2 people online it would give 50, with 4 it would give 25, and so on until it would only give one point.

This is why I log on in the morning sometimes. No one plays then, so I'll hand in all the gear I've been hoarding, and do as much high level crafting as I can. The points go up very fast when you're the only one on.

I hadn't heard that more or less people online changes the points. Would love to get a quote on this. ^^

I do know that questing gives the most points per completion. If your FC is mostly level 50s, this resource has run dry. >< I was concerned about how my FC's points were dropping fast until I had a sudden influx of new players. Suddenly, the points shot up again by 100k.

I thought that running dungeons was added to the list of things that earned FC points (and it should), but I'm not sure.

DF activities do not give FC credits yet. It was promised long ago, possibly slated for 2.4?

Things that do give FC credits:

-Quest completion (including repeatables and beastmen dailies)
-Treasure maps (awards based on map completion, not number of participants)
-Leves
-Gathering HQ / Crafting HQ
-FATEs (8 people of the same FC in the same FATE will generate 8x the points)
-GC supply/provisioning/expert delivery

FATEs and GC delivery are the best ways to do it quickly. The others are just fluff and hard to spam efficiently.

All scale based on number of people online and the level of the activity. A level 1 quest doesn't give as much as level 50 quest, delivering lv15 dungeon gear doesn't give as much as myth i90 gear, etc. The scaling for number of people online isn't very strict; the "penalty" caps out at around 10 people. The idea is that with enough people on you're gaining points fast enough to not have to worry about the small loss per person. Like exp works in a party.

thank you community, I tend to leave my character idle for long periods while I want for sues, but I am always crafting over 20 items a day if not more, so maybe i just need to do more trades when no one is one, lol 6 am here i come
