FFXIV flashing in taskbar when duty is found

It's rather easy to implement coding/development wise just probably not on their top 10 list of things to do. I'm semi spoiled running dual monitors so I can do other things while waiting on Que's.

Sadly, this only works if you play in windowed mode. If you use full screen, it auto-minimizes when you tab out of the game.

I play in windowed mode with the game sized to fill the screen anyway (custom size is not quite 1920x1080 but close). I get the best of both worlds, since I can dock my browser to the left and still see the game in the background where the duty confirmation pops up on the right. But for someone that just can't stand seeing the taskbar and title bar while they play, you can just swap to windowed mode after queueing up, and then swap back to full screen when you see the duty confirmation.
