Turn 5 = old content. Why should SE put higher gear into old content instead into new content? Can we then also have new ilevel 110 Garuda weapons from Garuda HM? Just do T6
And Atma is fine until 3.0. Some people have already upgraded multiple relict weapons ^^

I eat sarcasm for breakfast.

Because people being sick of having to collect 12 items with a 1% drop rate each obtainable only by spamming low-level FATEs until you'e physically ill, then coming back and doing the same thing two more days in a row (just for ONE) and asking for an -easing- of the grind, or even making the drop rate slowly increase as you remain in an area, is apparently wanting a "handout" and "not wanting to work for it". Next you'll be telling me that Maple Story's grind is completely reasonable.

They already are easing up on old content as an ongoing design plan because it is the smart thing to do. There will always be difficult new challenges for the frontrunners. Let the less skilled players see the stuff you beat a year ago. Let them have it. These kind of topics just seem like an unnecessarily harsh and mean attack on people who are not in the elite circle. People have different skill sets; not everyone is as good as you are at computer games.

Atma farming and book was the worse part of the relic in my eyes.
I dont like RNG drop of Atma, for myself, it was ok, got fair luck on this I guess, but still.
And after, RNG again, when you wanna do a book, you have to go do a fate, that can spawn in 1h if you have luck... or in 6h (or spawn while you afk doing a cofee, like it appen to me 3-4 times)
And after this, RNG again, with the materias, like if it wasn't hard enough to get 75 Alexandrite and buy some expansive materias, they needed to put RNG there, you can fail them, and lose the mat that cost beetwin 50k and 800k... at least, you didn't lose the Alexandrite, that's so nice from them.
I like the new part, there is no RNG, you can do a trial, or a donjon, or almost anything, like fate, maps, and get lights pts, it incrase always the same amount (like trials, 2 without bonus, 4 with bonus), there is no RNG instead, you dont know where the bonus gonna be, like, Garuda, or Ifrit, or Gilgamesh, or somewhere els ? But once you find where the bonus is, you can do it for 2h, you can afk when you want if you do by Duty finder, or you can hard-farm with the party-finder.
I really like how this step is.
Previous step was nice also, if there was no RNG on melding mats.
Atma/book where the worse step of the relic...
I don't agree with the tone of the OP but I also don't agree with the mentality that modern MMO players have that they're entitled to things just because it's not new anymore. What's the point in playing if you're just going to wait for things to be handed to you? Part of the fun is overcoming the challenges that you're faced with.

There's an important distinction here: They are easing up on the numbers game in these fights; not a single mechanic has been changed. Everything that will kill you in these fights when they were released will still kill you now. They're not handing out wins, they're easing up on the gear requirements and "ideal rotations" requirements. You still need to learn 100% of the fight mechanics needed to win. They already are easing up on old content as an ongoing design plan because it is the smart thing to do. God I hope that never changes.
"Challenges" like Atma RNG?I don't agree with the tone of the OP but I also don't agree with the mentality that modern MMO players have that they're entitled to things just because it's not new anymore. Try italics. Sarcasm is derived from irony and tonal emphasis. Italics helps to emphasize the ironic bits without saying them.
