I feel story content shouldn't be locked behind content that requires that much practice.

If you were even half decent players, It wouldn't take you more than a couple of hours.

Your other alternatives are watching the cutscene on Youtube or buying a win if it bothers you that much.

And even if you beat it, The story continues through second coil, Are you going to ask for a free Turn 6 win next?

It doesn't matter what excuse you bring to the table. There's always an answer for it.
