Unable to interact with character chocobo

EDIT: Please disregard this whole thing. It's a user error on my part not a bug. I am apparently a total fool and forgot to use my whistle to learn to summon my chocobo. I should check my inventory more often while speed leveling. I'm sorry. :/

Race: Miqo'te, Female, Seeker of the Sun

World: Balmung

Class/Level: Discovered at 31 Scholar

Area and Coordinates: Discovered at Camp Tranquil, most likely developed in limsa lominsa chocokeep

Solo

NPC Name: I'm not possitive what NPC it was but I'm assuming this happened at the chocokeep in Limsa Lominsa, But I noticed the issue when interacting with Docette to complete the quest "My feisty little chocobo"

Monster Name: None

In-Game Time: I have no idea because I did not notice the problem immediately

Steps:
I noticed this issue when I went to speak with Docette in Camp Tranquil to complete the quest "My feisty little chocobo". She had a red mark over her head even though I was a high enough level and had done the quest to receive a chocobo. I looked at it and it showed nothing under the conditions required.

I then looked at my mounts and found that my chocobo is not listed although my other mounts are and I can ride them.

I then checked my companions menu and my chocobo does show up on it, it is named Siira (which is correct), I can interact with its barding, but I can not use the mount button.

I get no error messages besides the quest being unavailable.
