Any chance that the fanfest ingame items will be sold on mogstation?

I am not super rich and can't afford $120 for fanfest ticket + plane ticket + hotel cost.

I would suggest that you do what Blizzard does for their Blizzcons. People who can't go to Blizzcon can still buy the in game items digitally for about $20-30 for a limited time, usually a pet, mount something similar.

I like collecting pets and mounts but there is no way I can afford the cost of going to fanfest but I could afford $20-30 if they are sold on the mogstation.

I agree, if they won't offer a virtual ticket for the convention like Blizzard does, at least please sell the items. They will probably be sold on eBay for ridiculous amounts anyway, at least this way you can curb that abuse.

Honestly, I doubt they will do that considering I'm pretty sure they said exclusive. However, I can understand the want for this (especially if it's a minion! Minion hunters unite!) so I totally support this.

It should be attend only as long as the items are complete vanity. It is a token to show you physically went to the Fan Festival. The website only acts like its a single item, so it will prob be like 1 single pet or 1 item to put in your house. I doubt it will be anything to brag about so I wouldn't worry.
"Each Fan Festival ticket bearer will receive a select number of goodies at the event, including an in-game item (details to be announced later). Please note however that these items will not be shipped and can only be received at the event itself."

Also Blizzard has only been doing digital tickets for a couple years, also with SOE Live you still must attend to get your stuff.

As long as it's not items that will give an unfair advantage. I fail to see how selling in the mogstation is a problem.

No, not likely. The items they give, assuming they do it like other companies, are not game affecting. Like pets or minions and the like. It's one of the benefits they give people who are willing to shell out and come to their event.

My personal opinion, is also no. If it affected gameplay it would be a different story. But like the Murloc Suit I got for going to a Blizzcon one year, you can't get it anywhere else unless one of the original people who went to that Blizzcon still has the code unused(Assuming they stopped accepting the codes too).
