My problem with Atma (yeah, it's another Atma thread)

My main problem with Atma isn't the ludicrous drop rate, my problem with Atma is that if there was a bug and you couldn't receive it for whatever reason, YOU'D NEVER KNOW ABOUT IT!

I acutally went something ridiculous like 80 hours of intense farming without an Atma dropping. I submitted a trouble ticket asking them to check if my character was bugged. Finished my set in what I would consider a "reasonable" time after. No way of knowing if anything was wrong but it certainly felt like I was broken.
