This principle can be applied to almost anything, including MMO players. Right now the path of all ranged attackers presents significantly less resistance than the path of melee DoWs, so people will naturally gravitate towards it whether it's absolutely essential or not. SE shouldnt tell us that melees can do the boss-battles, we all know it...
they should change the mobs abilities, something that gives troubles to ranged classes too....its not so difficult IMO

problem solved.

Now with this new update there are 2 options

1- the melees does so much dmg that the mp\healing\enmity problems will be overtoped (unlikely)
2- the melees will do a bit more dmg so the "less resistance path" will remain the old one.
