    How to Fix Morale

Simply make it the PvP equivalent of your Job's Primary Stat.

Now, a person can use their PvP gear in Frontlines for the superior stat allocation.

    Removes the awkward scaling.

    Removes the defensive imbalance.

    Prevents PvE usage.

    Gives the gear value again.

Just tweak the amount of Morale on PvP Gear to mirror the proper amount of primary stat for the items' ilvl, literally make it identical to your Primary Stat, just for PvP use only.

Please SE, what do you think?

Just one question Pre3vail, if their original intention to disable morale is to allow a competition where no one has advantage in gear. Why do you think increase in main attribute would works?

Morale is start of all the chaos, defensive and magic decisive doesn't works and guttered Paladin. I think I will take different version of PvP gear, may be a set bonus instead, give player a choice between either set bonus or 4th stats.

i think it is stupid that morale doesn't have any use what so ever in front line which is stupid because front lines is PvP. people shouldn't be able to hop right into pvp in pve gear and be on the same level as those in pve gear.

I know right? Having to learn how abilities work and learning how to pvp is so stupid and too hard. They should just make it so that we can equip stuff and bulldoze everyone that isn't wearing that stuff by just clicking auto-attack. This is the worst PVP ever.

Seriously tho...learn how to twink your gear for Frontlines and you won't be on the same level as everyone else.

I come from dcuo where there is pve gear and pvp gear a while ago pve used to dominate pvp gear in pve but they changed that a long time ago now if you run pvp in pve (even high tier) gear you will lose. That is the way it should be in this game and it also gives more value to getting the high tier pvp gear in this game for another reason than just vanity

I completely understand your (and many others') need to one-shot poor random noobs for the lulz, but I don't think you understand what that does to PVP as a whole. People that are new and and curious about PVP wouldn't want to go near it because they would get pulverized by 'elites' that already have Rank 1000 Everything. That would mean less people PVPing, longer ques, more crybaby threads on forums, etc. All you would end up with are those 'elites' with Rank 1000 Everything fighting each other over and over...which circles back to your complaint that everyone is on the same level, except this time with with longer que times and no new faces.

If you understood how gear works in Frontlines, you wouldn't be on the same level as everyone else. You can have a pretty decent advantage by maximizing secondary stats, but 95% of players don't know or care to. It's the difference between MNK1 hitting for 80~ and MNK2 hitting for 180~. I know it's not the 'OGM I JUST RAPED THIS NAB IN ONE HIT' you were hoping for, but I think this system is much more fair. Regarding PVP Gear being useless, I agree and SE is working on a way to include it while somewhat keeping the balance.

@Atreus, Parry only occurs from the front, so it'd be extremely hard to pull off consistently. In any case, if it began posing a problem, changing the formula specifically for PvP wouldn't be difficult.

@Divinemight, what this does is make Morale Gear usable in PvP again (the larger benefit being the superior stat allocation PvP Gear tends to offer for PvP). Although I do like the idea of set bonuses for PvP to give a slight edge but not be overtly OP.

    @SevValen, I think so too.

    .
PvP is still usable, people picking on it because it is a 3 stats gear while players are having a delusion that accuracy is not need in PvP. The fact is, you still need 390 to 400 accuracy.

Increase main attribute is no different than morale. Those who are with PvP gear will have an advantage, thus, should be avoid. Even with my idea of set bonus, it shoulda not have a devastating effect as well.
