way to improve 'community' feel of FCs

At the moment there is a problem regarding the community aspect of FCs.
Its currently difficult to see who is participating towards the FC and the players that aren't contributing much at all.

What I suggest is a 'FC token' system.
You can receive FC tokens from contributing to the FC in various different ways such as:
gardening tasks
feeding chocobos
delivery requests (similar to the GC ones)

The amount of FC tokens received and the items in the delivery requests would all be fully customisable by a FC member with appropriate rank permissions, eg:
Grade 3 Thanalan Topsoil = 600 tokens

You can use the FC tokens to redeem items from a FC shop/merchant, also fully customisable by a FC member with appropriate rank permissions, eg:
HQ deviled eggs = 200 tokens

This would immensely help drive Free Companies to support active community. Its a way to see which players are contributing the most as well as rewarding them and encouraging other members to contribute.

You already get FC points by doing things in the game - which are then used directly by the FC to purchase actions and to rank the FC up. What you are asking is basically a direct reward/meritocracy based FC system. You can do that with gil now.
