Our Companion customization...

Please add customization for our companion !
I can see that in ff xiv trailer that companion guy there is a PGL and he wasnt wear helmet !
No matter what class or what race they are all companions have to wear helmets that can barely see their faces or hair styles
I know the devs got a lot on their minds and I'm not rushing them
Anyone agree with me please press "Like" on this !

Indeed. I went with an archer mainly because it's the least ugly headgear. It's sad when that is the deciding factor.

I dont really see any point of having companion if thats how things gonna be...

Agreed. I'm actually hoping they bring the adventuring fellow thing from FFXI to FFXIV with a bit of a rework. I'd love to spend time with my companion out in the field (though it would be nice to be able to take them everywhere, except maybe the Market Wards) where I could really use some help when I'm on my own and not just on story missions. I'd also like to be able to have more control over what class my companion is (when we get jobs), what armor/weapons they wear, and I'd be very happy if we could decide exactly how they look via the character creator.

This is something I feel FFXIV could make quite fun and unique if they devoted a bit more time to it.

I agree with the OP. I'd like to be able to customize both the looks and equipment of the companion at the least. Also being able to turn off their hats would be good too.

Agree! I want my companion dressed like the whore she is! In FFXI was soooooo cool having my fellow NPC with Gi and femina subligar! @_@ I wanted my companion here to look sexy too...right now she talks like a whore but dress like a butch...not cool at all. ><
