Turning an FC House into a Personal House

Hello, my character name is Merracle Chamlotte and I currently reside on the Brynhildr server, I was wondering, I Lead my FC.. but recently all of my members have left... I was wondering if there was any way to change an FC house into a personal one.. so it would be easier to just go join another FC without wasting 10+ million gil.. I would greatly appreciate any feedback or advice anyone can give on this particular topic.. Thank you for your time and effort. I appreciate it =)

Hi! I think the idea behind it is good/convenient but I can see some problems arise: what if the FC leader kicked everyone out of the FC and turned the house to a personal one?

My FC members and I had a very bitter experience with our for FC master who kicked us out. He and his brother are currently the only members in that FC with a medium house that everyone bought, and other members (not the FC master or his brother) furnished.

My suggestion would be to allow FC housing => Personal housing change if:

1) Most of the members "LEFT" the FC (rather than "KICKED").
2) The founding members have consented to the change (they can be contacted by the Support Team by querying the FC info "Earliest Members to Join FC"), or have not been subscribed to FFXIV in the last 30 days.
