    Question about crafting marks.

    When do these actually become obtainable? Do you need to be doing the r20 local leves in the city that the guild is located in? I'm just wondering, 'cause I've got a few crafting marks for classes that I don't have r20 access to yet.

    I think it used to be that you could only get marks for crafting leves at r20+. I think they changed that, so now you can get guildmarks for leves below r20. If I'm wrong, hopefully one of the brainiacs that lurk around this forum will correct me.

    And you are correct that after patch 1.18, you can only get guildmarks by doing leves in the city where the guild is located. If you want Blacksmithing marks, you need to do leves in Limsa Lominsa. If you want Carpentry marks, you need to do leves in Gridania. Etc.

    R15+ leves only and only in the same town as the guild.
