Thread: Returning SCH Looking for Coil/2.4 Content Static

A Bit About Me...
I returned to the game around 6-7 weeks ago for the first time since quitting shortly after 2.1 dropped. I haven't been actively seeking a static group for content until now because I wanted to spend some time without any commitments in order to bring my item level up to an acceptable number, complete a Novus, and generally get some experience in the current content but I am now looking to join a static group for current coil as well as 2.4 content.

I lead a raid group back in 2.0 for the now disbanded free company Eminent. We raided 5 days a week for hours each night to achieve, afaik, the second Twintania kill on Sargatanas. In this time I was playing PLD as my main class but also had full i90.5 MNK and i85 or so SCH/WHM which I played effectively in extreme Primals. I see myself as somewhat of a perfectionist; I enjoy eeking every 0.1% of efficiency out of any role that I play. My PC is filled with various spreadsheets documenting BIS sets, gear solvers, and DPS rotation testing*. I parse most encounters and I can honestly say I have only once been out performed when playing MNK in EX primals (2.1). That said, I'm very withdrawn and laid back - you wont, for example, see me calling a new (or just poor) player out for bad DPS unless it is genuinely accounting for raid wipes.

2.38 Content Experience
Since I am, effectively, a 'new' player to 2.3 and having making the choice to take time in order to improve my gear before attempting the new content my actual experience is lacking. Out of the current content I have cleared (and farmed quite a bit) Ramuh and also recently cleared T6 and T7. I have no experience in T8 or T9. However... in each instance, after researching the mechanics, I was able to perform my role flawlessly within the first or second live attempt. Overall, not accounting for the lack of consistency in pick-up-groups, I've found the content so far to be extremely simple but I would love to clear turn 9 before patch 2.4 hits!

Schedule
I can fit any existing groups schedule as long as it runs at reasonable GMT hours (Starting no earlier than 7PM on weekdays, 1PM weekends and finishing no later than 1AM on weekdays, and 3AM on Friday/Saturday). That said, and as I mention above, I am not looking for a packed raiding schedule. 2, maybe 3, nights a week during the 'learning period' for new content is preferred. 1 night thereafter. I'm also not looking for a group that wants to schedule lesser content (Shiva, whatever the new ST will be etc).
