    Getting back to the OP, I checked my PS4 loading times. For areas that are within the same realm its about 9 seconds on a teleport, from realm to realm its about 12 seconds. No SSD, stock system

    Its going to be different depending on physical file cluster location on the PS4's mechanical HDD and how spread out the files are physically.

    The head/arm will have to flick back and forth across the platter.
