How will Omega Weapon influence Eorzea? When Gaius Van Baelsar revealed his trump card, the Ultima Weapon, the leaders fell into despair, before Aplhinaud's retinue promptly told everyone to "cheer up", putting it simply. Currently, it is hinted that Omega Weapon is more powerful than the Ultima Weapon, and the way I interpret the lore, the only reason Adventurers were ever able to defeat Ultima Weapon, is because of Hydaelyn's blessing.

With the mothercrystal "silenced" and weakened from the events in the Praetorium, is it possible that Omega Weapon might bring with it a darker, but certainly more original plotline? I feel, given how powerful these things are made out to be; "Bahamut, Ultima Weapon, and now, Omega Weapon", that they are just enemies that adventurers would never be strong enough to defeat. In a world as dangerous as Hydaelyn, and certainly in the part of it that is Eorzea, there's bound to be sacrifices, some perhaps, even too great.

Are you planning on re-adding more lore that was introduced in 1.X, that is no longer accesible in-game in 2.0?

The crossover events with FFXI and FFXIII had characters from those games crossover into Eorzea, Shantotto and Lightning. The Dissidia games (and to a lesser extent, Theatrhythm) suggest that all the FF games are in separate planes of reality, or dimensions or parallel universes, what have you. If there will be future crossover events, will there be some kind of explanation why these are even possible? Something like DC Comics' New 52 where fifty-two different Earths all coexist in the same space, but on different vibrational wavelengths.

This may not be "lore" related, but back in 1.0 I was farted on by a dodo and died... The dodo's in 2.0 however, don't do this. It was very funny and quite possibly my most memorable 1.X memory. Any chance that their flatulence attacks could be returned to the game. :P

It has bothered me for a while now that there is no information in game about gil such as what is it made from, who makes it, who regulates it? Is it maintained by the city states or perhaps another country? Is made from gold or is it some other material? I would like to know more about gil.

How does it different for lore team to create a game world vs write a novel?
How complete of the background stories you need to cover for the whole world (due to gamers are free to walk around) vs novel's (writer only let the main chars walk through forest to desert so that's the only detail the readers need to know)?
Do you need to follow what the gamers want or you can be like novel writers "because I wrote so!"?

Do the Goblins, Mamool Ja, and Qiqirn have primals they worship? If so is their a chance we will ever encounter them?

the initial video cinematic of FFXIV shows the death of Midgardsormr, and the release of multiple primals, does this mean the primals were recently reawakened 15 years ago, or are they a realm old threat? If so, was Midgardsormr somehow similar to the Ultima Weapon with the ability to absorb Primal aether?
