    The house is just another vanity trophy item like the nutkin, but the nutkin is rarer. Price is determined by supply and demand. Do people think they should be entitled to the nutkin also?

    In any case, in real life, a there wines for $300,000 USD which is easily more than a lot of real houses too. Is it really a surprise that a nutkin is priced so high?
