    HQ Mineral Water?

    Up to this day I always thought mineral water couldn't be crafted not farmed off of any monster; the only way to get it is (also according to the Lodestone and other database sites) to buy it from NPCs. As such, it shouldn't have an HQ version.

    But recently I've seen one on the price history. Can anyone enlighten me on this?

    Probably something someone got from a retainer quick venture. You can get hq stuff that normally can't be hq that way. I've gotten HQ Chicken Eggs and Swan Feathers like that, for example.
