Hard Leather Cesti requiring Aldgoat Leather

Is this a mistake? I'm on the Famfrit server and the Hard Leather Cesti for leather workers requires Aldgoat Leather instead of Hard Leather. I thought Aldgoat Leather was only used for Goatskin products. What gives?

Aldgoat Leather, and all leathers for that matter, are used for a variety of different gear. Gear of all levels.
