Hey, we're a static looking for one person to replace a member who quit due to IRL situations. We have 20+ T9 kills so far, and are in top 20 NA for first clear. We aren't doing savage. We currently raid on Tuesday starting at 8:30 pm EST, but during progression we will be doing minimum of 4 hours a day, 4 days a week (this is important, don't apply if you can't meet this requirement)
What we're looking for in a DRG:
- High DPS. You don't have to be breaking world records but we expect 450ish DPS on a training dummy with max gear, if not higher. 400+ DPS in T8 while doing mines and a couple towers. Above 300 DPS T9 if not 330ish. Even my shitty DRG on my alt can do these numbers, I'd expect more out of a DRG joining us who has love for and skill with DRG.
- As a DRG, have that drive to think about each fight and how to use your jumps and DFD in the proper way. Don't just do the BnB rotation every fight, be dedicated enough even on fights on farm to do as much as you can by maximizing your multi-DoTs, how to alter your rotation when switching to and from adds, AoE with your TP in mind, minimizing movement by saving Elusive/Spine/DFD, finding out the best timing for DFD if there's AoE within the first minute or so, etc.
- T9 cleared, big plus if you have your HA weapon already so we can see what you can do out of the gate. i110 all around by now, no excuses with hunts and the welfare sands from ST. Nexus or working on Nexus a huge plus, shows you have that drive to be the best you can be (2 members of our raid group have had Nexus for a few days now)
- PC player. Sorry PS4 players, I know you have your pride. LOL PS3 players.
- Have TS and mic, and use it.
- Play a good bit. If you log on for raid and then never log on again, no thanks, we play a lot and like to play with our team mates.
- Always trying to improve, fast learner at mechanics and adapting to new strategies. Take criticism well too, there's always a way to do better.
- Be on time and can consistently run on Tuesday (and many other days of the week in 2.4)
- Possibly willing to switch to Ninja in 2.4 depending on what kind of comp rules the day when it's released. We may have our MNK switch to Ninja, it's on the table, but a plus if you might be interested in it.
Also willing to take a MNK who will go to Ninja, assuming it's a good raid class (it's gotta be, right?). Must be a top tier MNK as well if applying under this requirement.
