If you are struggling on turn 5 with 20% echo and higher Ilvl gear then was available in 2.0 you have no business attempting second coil anyways.

The point was that the rewards for this battle are underwhelming, and I think it is not a surprise that many would struggle in a fight full of 1 shot mechanics with df group.
In 2.0 I cleared the turn 1 and 2 without many problems before I quit, shouldn't those be equivalent to turn 6 and 7 nowadays?
The rewards are perfectly fine seeing as it was designed to be done in I85-I90 without echo. Saying the rewards for turn 5 are underwhelming is like saying AK should drop I100 gear to keep up with current contentThe point was that the rewards for this battle are underwhelming, and I think it is not a surprise that many would struggle in a fight full of 1 shot mechanics with df group.

Levi ex drops the same ilvl weapons and in a way better ones, and that fight is a faceroll compared to turn 5 at least in my experience.

T5 is so easy now. 20% echo along with 25 ilvl above what it was tuned at. The only 'one shot' mechanic is the handful of twisters you need to dodge. Unfortunately NA servers treat DF as the "I'm completely new to the fight and want practice" service. So no, you aren't going to clear it in DF.
No, because Coil2 is on an entirely different level. T6 is 'hard' because DF/PF dps are terrible at this game and can't, in full i110, pass dps checks we did at i90 on the first week of progression to burn T6. And if you can't pass T5, imagine this: T5 is a rock in your path, T7 is a mountain.
Because it was meant to help people catch up and give them tools to clear T5.

It is so hard to get a party up in pf for this, I have tried but no one ever joins, I guess me being in a very small and kinda casualish fc means I will wait a long time with this.

In my experience, most of the people stuck on Turn 5 are new, had the bad luck to not clear it earlier, or are the bads who were gated behind it before everybody was geared out to the nines. OP said they're struggling to find a competent group, and I can empathize with that. I switched to Monk because healing that fight is a nightmare if people aren't adequately prepared.
Oh man, I must not be in Second Coil then! I actually found DF groups to be more consistent skill-wise than PF groups. Maybe it was just luck, but I never got past snakes with any PF group, but beat it through DF.
