In the case of this particular GPU, some people have found success in turning off any integration with Intel HD integrated cards (called Optimus) if it is present, and also turning of Windows Aero. However, no everyone has had success.

In short, this game is not made in a way that can be played on a Laptop unless it is a full on made-for-gaming super high-end laptop. Even then, its hit or miss.
