I have been trying to transfer from American server Diablos to Japan server Masamune but with no luck, it gives me all the error messages like, check to see if you're logged out etc. But if I transfer within an american one, it gives no errors.

I have found no documentation about this, can you not transfer between american & japanese data centers?
