I can sum up Atma in a single sentence: You're either lucky or you're not.
Get God dang sick and tired of people saying "You're not trying hard enough"
or "Well Derp lord got his in 3 days!" Well Jesus, some of us don't wanna run around
like a chicken without a head all day and pray to the RNG Gods all year.
This is why I brave the storms with Levi EX in DF. I know I at least have a chance at something...whenever I complete it that is lol.

Took me five days to get my third piece of atma. I barely slept for those days too, staying awake and at the computer with energy drinks in a very unhealthy way that could well have killed me if i were Korean.

All in all, i had 2 straight weeks of atma grind to get mine, i don't work, so that's a lot of time spent on it. I recently got my relic bow but until the atmas are sorted in some manner to make it less pure luck, i don't think i'll be going in for round 2 of atma farming.

I bet SE will make it make another way to get ATMAs by Lv50 3 star HQ crafting items that aren't buyable. And the cherry on top, each class can only craft 2 so you have to level all crafts to 50 then make the items needed to craft available via Gathering only.

There really is no reason to ease up on the Atma drops. It is suppose to be an arduous task - it requires commitment, endurance and patience.

Very funny. Next you're going to say drinking alcohol or smoking is difficult, because people can get hopelessly addicted to that, too.


With Atma farming, skill doesn't matter in any way. Low chance of success doesn't equal difficulty. If the game is too easy for your liking, ask for more Extreme mode challenges, not for ridiculous RNG.
