as an alternate enable HP bars under the configuration settings under target display, You will see everyones hp bar above them including you, I do not think it would be needed to get another HP bar for a party to see your own

No thanks, this would also not help in healing. You seem to be missing the point here, this is for convenience for healers. Healers need to be able to see who they are targeting (including themselves) for easier healing.
