If you want to be at the pinnacle of a class, expect to sacrifice elsewhere. If you're happy being average at them all, then you can do that too!

Being able to level all the classes on a single character isnt at deficit to this, it means you can change where you want to focus your proficiency at any time.
Except this game and the jobs are stupid easy to play. And for dps classes, the damage you put out is directly related to your gear. Sure I can heal in lower level gear. But better and higher lvl gear helps with crunch time/recoveries from deaths and near deaths.
