    Request about currency caps

    I am one of those people that doesn't like the coil lockouts, but I guess I understand why we have them.

    But what really bothers me is that in this game, we have the ability to level all jobs. But because of currency caps, lockouts with RNG, I have only been able to gear up three jobs to be effective in end game. I have started to gear up a fourth, healer. But by the time I gear it up, we will get the next expansion and all of that gear will become obsolete and the cycle starts over, just like with every iLVL increase.

    It is starting to frustrate me to an increased level. I love my main job, BLM. But I get really bored doing the same things over and over. That's why it is so important to me to be able to play multiple jobs.

    I am glad at least the soldiery cap was 450 this time instead of 300 like it was with myth. But could we please have a higher cap next patch? What's the point in having multiple jobs if you can't gear them poperly?

    Sadly, for a game that allows multiclassing, a lot of the game's systems actually seem to discourage it.

    I love multiclassing to bits, but character-bound lockouts and limits like these, as well as 2 free retainers loudly yell: "Make alts instead!"

    yea I don't mind the weekly cap what I do mind is the bank cap. should be no reason that we can only stock 2000 tomes. Seems silly

    Every tried carrying around 2000 books, even small ones? Sheesh. These aren't even just Tomes, they're tomeSTONES.

    Joking aside, with how easy myth are to get it would have been nice for the cap to be like 5-6000.

    I worked on my alt up until about April or May. Not going to work on two characters. Being able to do everything on one character was one of the biggest attractions for me to play this game.

    I'd love for them to remove lockouts. With the amount of casual non-raider population in this game it would still take an entire patch period 2.2-2.3 (for example) to totally gear up every class considering the mass RNG involved in coil. Let's face it, hardcore raiders only make up a small percentage of subs, so who cares if they up and unsub after getting all their gear? SE is still going to get enough cash from the majority. I think it's about time they stop using subscription number drop as an excuse for lockouts and rework the lockouts.

    In the future I want to see lockouts be reduced from 1 week to 72 hours (prefer no lock but this works). That way, those who clear coil in 45 minutes can have fun 3 days later and have another shot at drops.
