Postman Questline? (And a side note on the Cutscene Book)

Why are these events not counted as true cutscenes that you can rewatch in the Inn Rooms? They're probably some of the more entertaining events in the game that do a lot to expand the lore behind certain FATE or Dungeon NPCs, but once you see them once you're never able to view them again and you're left with just re-reading the events in your actual journal.

Why do we have so many categories for cutscenes contained in the book (Especially those designated -Area- Sidequests) if we're not even going to have cutscene events in these locations? Carry over from 1.0 or just dropped plans? I'd honestly rather they actually have events that are just that, events contained in the book (Or a separate book) if they're just going to skimp out on true cutscenes for smaller events.

I agree that these cutscenes need to be repeatable when you click on the book in the inn room.
