All I know is that once the level cap is increased, I have zero desire to grind exp on every class again and want the process to go extremely quickly.
I feel a limit of 100% is good. But going over would be to much. With chain and rested exp.
It's already so easyyy to level up classes though.
It's so not hard as it is now. I just took 5 jobs to 40 in 4/5 months. I did this with challenge log, low level roulette, beast dailies ones high enough, guild best roulette and levequests. So honestly already very easy.
Only if each additional job was +1% EXP. The 50% I think comes from completing the story.
Instead of giving bonus exp for each class you get to 50, i think every level should have continues xp, making so if you had like a lvl 50 war, and you wanted to level your lvl 1 blm, to get to lvl 2 it would be the same amount of xp it would take to get to 51 on war. Making it take years to level all the classes, forcing people to pick 1 class and sticking with it, thus hopefully having people learn how to read a tool-tip and actually master there job. Plus the completely unneeded grind that would give real meaning having all classes 50.
And all abilities would be crossclass, so you could have an actual super class if you wanted to put in the time, while base stats would get a bonus, but they would just scale off the class you currently had equipped.
Yea, idk i disagree with bonus xp, this game is already to easy. They throw xp at you.

The 50% we get now is already a bit much. Some sort of reward for multiple maxed classes would be cool, but not even more XP. Just add in some extra Achievement rewards for it.
I love anything that makes leveling classes faster (it may be easy but it is so boring and there isn't nearly as many people leveling classes anymore) but I agree with Amelia, it should be more around 5-10%.

Additionally, didn't someone say that the game didn't technically start til end game, level 50, and all the levels before are just tutorials? I really don't want to play through a 40 minute tutorial. D:
