I think the relic quests help with that aspect (especially with nexus). There's also the vanity mounts for Tanks but that may promote class changing more than staying as a tank.

I think The DoH however have it worse than combat classes since you need to get 4 classes at 50 for skills that are nessicary for HQ item making, 2 other classes for furniture and at least 7 out of 8 classes at 15 with the last one at 37 for both. Not to mention that post 15 they either need a gathering class or MB for certain mats

Also there are some players that finshed all the content for one class, get bored and try up another class
