Wind up Dalamud not with BM OST?

Hi,
this weekend, I bought the "Before Meteor" OST. I was expecting to have a code for the wind up Dalamud inside the box. But it was not the case. Is the offer still working? I can prove my buying.

Only the very first run of the Before Meteor album has the code for the Wind Up Dalamud, and from what I can gather, supplies are starting to dry up. The store where I bought my copy at launch now has a notice stating that the 1st run is now sold out and thus only version available lacks the code.

It's possible you may have therefore bought a later print run of the album which doesn't have the code sadly (my copy featured a label on the front which despite being in Japanese, has a date on it that happens to match the expiration date of the minion code (31st of December 2014) so if your copy lacked that, it's highly likely it's a later edition I'm sorry.)
