The feature could stand some improvement. So could your manners.
I would suggest being kind and constructive in your feedback to increase the chances of being heard...and of having friends.

A true paladin... will sheathe his sword.
I get that you can't DF with Choc summoned - the choc is part of your party and no qualified for dungeons. But not being able to ride mounts while choc is summoned is a pita (it took them long enough to make it so that you could ride your choc while it was summoned)
Sorry I did not sugarcoat the issue, but there was frankly very little in my post that was openly rude. I did word my opinions strongly, though the only part that might warrant a possible objection is my accusation that the implementation is either incompetent or deliberately designed to waste players' time. But frankly, those are the options. No one would purposefully make these mechanics interfere with Duty Finder like this, in the interest of making the best game they could. They either got lazy and didn't bother to fix some very major issues with their game, or they made it that way on purpose to pad game hours and extend subscription periods through grind for its own sake.
We all paid for this game, and are paying subscription dollars every month. Time is literally money. So, when the company that charges for the game designs mechanics that needlessly waste my time in incredibly petty and arbitrary ways that could obviously have been avoided, it is rather insulting. Please note I have not put down the designers as people, made personal attacks, or trashed the game as a whole. I am speaking about the implementation of this one feature, and how it violently clashes with player enjoyment and progression. For these issues to have persisted for so long after release seems rather suspect, and I think I have a right to say so in my own words. If my post is the worst thing that Square Enix has to worry about today, I'd say they are doing rather well for themselves.
And I don't see why you felt the need to comment about "having friends." I have friends. You do not know me at all. Ironically, that was the rudest thing in this thread so far.
