PS4 - Shiva Hard Mode - Character got permanently frozen when respawning while Deep Freeze is coming into effect

REPRO STEPS:
1) Load into the Shiva hard mode boss fight
2) Have one of the players die
3) Cast Resurrection on them and have them accept while Deep Freeze is initiated (I suspect this issue is heavily timing specific)

RESULTS:
Notice the character is respawned and can move their camera and use their attacks but they are unable to move. Please also notice that the Deep Freeze graphical effect is not present on the character model.
