I cant complete the main quest (Rock of Rancor) level 28

I found this post and it is the same as my problem (thanks to him/her to explain the issue, here is what happened :

For some reason, when I go to the final NPC to finish this main scenario quest, she just stands up and talks for a second about me going to get the items she needs, but the quest doesn't complete. She has the green checkmark above her head, but the quest won't finish.
I had to go collect 5 rocks near Fallgourd Float and deliver them to Aideen. I'm not sure if I accidentally canceled out when I was selecting them from my Key Items to give to the NPC or it just bugged out or what, I may have accidentally hit decline, but I'm not sure.
Whatever I did, this seems to have glitched the quest so that green quest complete checkmark shows up over the NPC and the key items I need to turn in are no longer in my inventory, but when I talk to the NPC to actually finish the quest and move on to the next story quest, she gives the dialogue requesting the items... but I don't have them anymore because I turned them in - I've tried logging out/shutting down, starting a different random quest, zoning, etc.
I'm not able to advance in the storyline.

Please guys Help me out , i can't do anything without the main story done , all i need just abandon the quest so i start it again , or give back the missing items needed to finish the quest.

You might want to check the calamity salvager in any of the main cities. In Gridania he is by the moogle near the theater. They can give you back quest items. He should have it unless its supper glitched. Otherwise I would go into your journal select the quest and you should be able to abandon it. I'm not sure if you can abandon main quests. I've never done it before but its worth trying as it works for normal quests.

I checked the npc but nothing there , and you cant abandon any main Quest.
