    Hello Sasunaich, I've just sold a FF XIV Fan Festival ticket to Alistera. I've just sent an email to eventlondon@square-enix.com with all the necessary info. Can you make sure the info will be changed on the ticket so he can enter the FF XIV Fan Festival without any problem ?

    Unfortunately I am not in charge of changing the names on tickets. But while it might take a couple days to proceed I am sure my colleagues will take care of the name change if you provided all the necessary information to them.
