Why Looking for Party MUST be one of the Main priorities of SE...

First of All I’m tired to see SE posting about petty Tweaks , really ask me if I care, if showing on and off my Main Weapon is relevant to me . Yoshi If you ever read this you really need to fired whoever is writing down on the Board what are the priorities of the game, Every MMORPG is about the Community, I think 85% of the FFXIV population played FFXI, and one of the most funny things was Party either for grind, finish a Quest , Raid etc, there was an easy mode to look for people and so it was easy to bring together a group of unknown people that it might become the best friend on the future. Even though there is not much content I believe people would stop leaving or log in more often if they don’t have to depend so much on the only people they have on their Link shell or the Friend list to do basic things like Grind for SP or form a group for the new Dungeons, I could go on and on but I think SE really need to pay more attention on things like bring people together and have a better way of communication and interaction with each other.

My guess is that the change requires other changes first and those include longer term fixes. Some problems are more complex then they appear. I am pretty sure making parties easy to set up is a priority given they are pushing party play and yoshi has mentioned something to the effect of "making parties is difficult." So I think it is a high priority, it will happen, just it will take time.

Agreed, setting up groups and finding other people needs to be easier and more accessible. People naturally want to group up for hard or cool content, but forcing grouping every step of the way or making people jump through hoops to try to find groups is not the right answer.

Improving the LFP/LFM system should be a high priority, closely followed by an auto-group function. After that, they can look into better transportation so people don't feel like they're wasting time getting together with the group, better player-to-player communication, etc.
