    For future contents...

    Dzemael Darkhold is great, the bosses are hard and fun, it can be considered a good wark overall, but please, for future contents try not to make it extremely easy for ranged classes and hard as hell for melee please

    I know the dungeon can be cleared with melee classes too, I myself killed the Ogre very easily with a party of 1glad, 2conj, 1thau, 1arch, 1lanc, 1mrd and 1pug, but it is a fact that archer burns are way faster. That's not something that affects me very much since I enjoy playing archer and I was already gonna take it to r50, but right now melee classes are having a really hard time finding random parties. Also, as melee, you get the feeling you're not essential to the party, it's almost like they're doing a favor inviting you, so, speaking for myself, it's quite pointless to get the drops, since after you're full equiped you're done, it's not like the equips you get are gonna be used for future runs, once you get everything anothere melee is gonna get your spot in the archer burn, they're just for yourself to show off >.>

    So please SE, for future contents don't put the parties in the position to avoid certain classes and don't put the players in the position to use a class they don't like in order to get drops for their main class.

    They need to introduce boss mechanics that are present in almost all other modern MMORPGs. Things on the ground to not step in. Skills that directly target ranged. Reflect shields that the boss casts every so often that reflects ranged and magic damage.

    Its pretty ridiculous that the main mechanics are simple AoE and cone shape effects.

    FFXI was like this at first too... guess they didn't learn. I just hope it takes them less than 3 years before they do something about it.

    Finally people are catching on. This was always my biggest fear for the game. Everyone is/was so concerned about other things that i feared they wouldn't be smart enough to see this coming down the line soon enough.

    Now that the game is actually starting to become playable, i hope more issues are raised about this. The AI and things to do in battle is a snoozefest for the most part.

    Actually I think it's even easier than that. The overall boss strategy is good, melee ARE usefull and as Lancer I'm having a lot of fun fighting the Ogre, I'm always busy avoiding/interrupting the AoE, buffing party's TP with comrade in arms, healing myself so the mages don't waste MP, taking care of BRs coz i always put Moonrise at the end of ruin and I always open the WS BR since i have plenty of TP and i can have 2 WS buffed. I think doing that fight as a Lancer I am usefull and honestly I don't think I will enjoy the battle so much when I'll do it as Archer.

    But still melees get a hell of damage while archers don't, so for the party the choice is quite clear ^^'
    I think that putting a bunch of unkillable mobs doing AoE damage all around the boss is a terrible idea, if there weren't the ghosts the fight would have been still hard and engaging, but also fair to all the classes.
