Relic weapons situation post expansion

[Felis]

They want to lock you in with the latest quest you have to play the character you have the relic on. With the other Novus quests I could use my sch or tank just for quick daily cues but now I have to use my bard for dailies and I have to sit on my hands to get in.

I fixed it a bit.
Even for the Animus quests you can only do the books with the relict you want to upgrade.
