Remove Fine Sand from desynthesis plz

There's nothing quite like desynthing a 2 star fish and getting fine sand.

I'm ok with fine sand at the lower levels, but when we're getting the same thing at level 80 as we did at level 1, it's rather annoying.

Nah I think all fine sand should be removed from all fish. Just add Fine Sand to some Limsa Miner location.
