IMO, I'd prefer a sort of 'risk' type system in the dungeons. You choose something to add to it, such as enemies have higher stats, equipment are level synced to lower levels (such as i70 sync for a dungeon that requires i50 gear), a smaller time limit, etc. Doing them gives you better rewards than before, such as more tomestones, some rare stuff like Alex, or tokens we can exchange for rare equipment/mounts and things like that. It puts a challenge into the harder dungeons, ones the playerbase can choose to take and get rewarded for doing.
